Experiment Zone is a leading CRO agency, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Austin, Texas. We help companies improve their customer experiences using scientific methods, so they can get more revenue and grow. Our team began our journey focused on DTC eCommerce websites and helping customers create experiences that enabled customers from browsing to order products online. We’ve expanded to additional markets, including B2B and B2C businesses in retail & eCommerce, SaaS & software, finance, and fintech, health & wellness, and construction, among many others. Who is AJ Davis, the company founder?
AJ Davis is an industry expert in user experience strategy with a proven track record for delivering true value to businesses. She is a Wellesley College alumnae with a Masters in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
AJ has decades of experience in UX research and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). AJ led optimization strategy for Fortune 500 companies during her tenure at Clearhead, including CVS, Steve Madden, and lululemon. She also created the user research practice and the team at Clearhead.
Prior to Clearhead, AJ was the lead UX researcher on the Google Optimize product. She was on the team from ideation at a sprint week to product launch.
Why did she start Experiment Zone?
The founder and CEO of Experiment Zone, AJ Davis, was the lead UX researcher on the Google Optimize product. As a part of her user research, she interviewed hundreds of people who did A/B testing and optimization, empowering her to understand the best processes and why companies find conversion rate optimization critical to their business.
She also observed a disconnect between the teams doing A/B testing and the user research teams, which she knew she had the expertise and resolve to tackle.
AJ brought her understanding of top testing and experimentation programs and created Experiment Zone.
